Semi Private and One-On-One Personal Training Available by Appointment ONLY!

*All appropriate paperwork must be turned in prior to starting.

OPEN GYM : FREE TO ALL CURRENT MEMBERS. Drop in fee for non-members is $5.00 per week. Open gym allows you access to use the gym with supervision by a staff member, but without joining a personal training session or group fitness class, just enjoy the space indoors or outdoors and use our equipment. Liability forms must be signed prior to participation. A valid I.D. must be present before access to use the gym is allowed, again keep a watch on our TRIAL SCHEDULE for OPEN GYM as they will change during this experimental phase.
