Groundwork Fitness helps you develop a solid foundation with continuous support to develop a groundbreaking attitude towards fitness. We provide highly motivated fitness coaches to help support your fitness needs and guide you through the path to overcome obstacles and lead you to your fitness goal… no matter what level you start at. Step by step we will empower you to continuously reach optimum fitness and health.

SHIFTWORK = Strength Training, Core Work, and Cardio ALL in a ONE HOUR CLASS to burn calories and tone the body! No machines we rely on body movements and teamwork!

GROUP classes incorporate ALL LEVELS within ONE CLASS! We have THREE SHIFTS X=Beginners, Y=Intermediate Level and Z=Advanced Level. We make sure to properly progress our clients so you are correctly challenged and encouraged. You will take an ASSESSMENT that will then place you in a group, which then you climb the ladder to success. We want you INJURY FREE, but yet we want to challenge you to reach your goals SAFELY! So show up as a BEGINNER or in BEAST MODE and we will take care of you!
